Quick Start Guide

Get your organization up and running on Peepli in under 5 minutes.

This guide walks you through the essential steps to set up your Peepli workspace, add team members, configure core data, and start daily operations. Follow each step sequentially to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for your organization.

Before You Begin: Ensure you have your organization details ready including company name, trade license information, TRN (Tax Registration Number), and contact information. You'll also need the names, email addresses, and intended roles for your initial team members. Having this information prepared will streamline the setup process and get you operational faster.

Register Your Organization

  1. Go to app.peepli.ai/register
  2. Enter your Organization Name (e.g., "ABC Manpower Services LLC")
  3. Enter the Admin Name, Email, and Password
  4. Click Register Organization
  5. Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to activate your account
Note: Your admin email must be unique across the platform. The password must be at least 8 characters.

Log In to Your Dashboard

  1. Go to app.peepli.ai/login
  2. Enter your registered email and password
  3. Click Sign In — you'll be redirected to the Admin dashboard
Tip: Your dashboard layout depends on your role. Admin users see the full organization management panel.

Add Your Team Members

Navigate to System → Staff Management in the Admin panel:

  1. Click + Add Staff
  2. Enter the team member's Name, Email, and Password
  3. Select their Role:
    • Sales — Lead generation and client management
    • Finance — Invoicing, expenses, and costings
    • Doc Verifier — Document review and compliance
    • Supplier/Procurement — Supplier and employee management
  4. Click Save — the user can now log in with their credentials

Set Up Your Core Data

With your team in place, set up the foundational data:

Trades

Define the trade categories your manpower company operates in (e.g., Electrician, Plumber, Mason).

Suppliers & Workforce → Trades

Suppliers

Add your manpower suppliers with their company details, TRN, and license information.

Suppliers & Workforce → Active Suppliers

Clients

Clients are created through the Lead pipeline. Start by submitting a new lead.

Leads → Lead Submissions

Billing Profile

Set up your organization invoicing profile for UAE tax invoices.

Settings → Subscription & Billing

Start Daily Operations

Here's the typical daily workflow across roles:

Sales: Submit leads → Track approvals → Manage client requirements → Upload timesheets
Admin: Review leads → Approve/reject clients → Assign employees → Monitor dashboard KPIs
Doc Verifier: Review document queue → Verify client documents → Approve or request re-submission
Finance: Review invoicing queue → Generate invoices → Track expenses → Monitor cash flow
Procurement: Manage suppliers → Handle contracts → Track employee deployments → Monitor performance
